In order to Download FACT, you need to be a valid user of FACT. Please key in your FACT Product Serial Number in the "User Name" Field and the relevant HEXA ID of the FACT Hardware Lock in the password field.

INSTRUCTION

1. User name is the Product Serial Number.

2. Password is the HEXA ID of the your FACT Hardware Lock.

3. HEXA ID is the ID of the Hardware Lock in Hexadecimal.

4. To know your Product Serial Number and HEXA ID, the steps are

   a. Load FACT 

   b. Go to HELP / About FACT (Fig i)

   c. The following screen appears.  Click on DETAILS.

5. The screen below shows where you can locate your Product Serial Number and HEXA ID.

6. IMPORTANT NOTE:
   

   For Product Serial Number, please key in only the first six numeric portion of the segment.  For E.g. in the number shown in Fig iii above, the user name shall be 100200 only (exclude MU052).

   The HEXA ID is CASE SENSITIVE.  Which means UPPER case letters must be keyed in upper case and LOWER case letters in lower case.
